Get CineView on Apple TV

Three steps from a disk library to the living room.

1. 1

   Start the player

   On the Mac that holds your media, run the CineView player (default http://127.0.0.1:3848). Production tunnel: cineview-player.suherman.net.

2. 2

   Open the Apple TV app

   Build or install the tvOS app from the CineView repo (npm run tvos:open). Bundle ID net.suherman.cineview.tv.

3. 3

   Connect

   Choose the remote host, enter a LAN URL, or pick a Bonjour-discovered server (_cineview._tcp). No PIN required.
